The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of St. Xavier college of management and technology and Xavier’s University, Patna, under the mentorship of Dr. Piyush Ranjan Sahay, organised an Interactive Session with Garda Patna on 15 September 2026 at Kalam Hall, Xavier University, Patna. The session featured Mr. Shubham Raj, Founder of Garda Patna, and focused on “The Creator Economy: Content, Influence & the Future of Digital Media.”
Mr. Shubham Raj is a digital creator and entrepreneur known for building Garda Patna, a digital media and community platform focused on showcasing Patna and Bihar through engaging content. Through his work in content creation, digital media and social platforms, he has contributed to the growing creator ecosystem in the region.
The session provided students with valuable insights into the evolving landscape of content creation and the creator economy. Mr. Shubham Raj discussed the importance of creativity, consistency, audience understanding and adaptability in building a successful digital presence. He also shared practical perspectives on the opportunities and challenges associated with content creation and digital media.
The session was anchored by Aradhya Kakkar and included an engaging interactive Question-and-Answer session, where students directly interacted with Mr. Shubham Raj and explored various aspects of content creation, influence and emerging opportunities in the digital space.
The session served as an enriching platform for students to understand the growing potential of the creator economy and encouraged them to explore creativity, digital entrepreneurship and personal branding as avenues for future growth.
The event was organised through the collective efforts of the Entrepreneurship Development Cell, led by Manaswi, President, along with the dedicated members of the EDC. Their coordinated efforts in planning and execution contributed to the smooth conduct of the session and provided students with an engaging platform to interact with an industry professional and gain valuable insights into the evolving digital landscape.
