Media Report: Job Opportunities in the 21st Century – Mahindra Pride Classroom & Naandi Foundation

The Placement Cell of St. Xavier’s College of Management & Technology organized a career-oriented session on “Job Opportunities in the 21st Century” on 9th September 2026 at Kalam Hall. Facilitated by Mr. Nirupam Kumar, Corporate Trainer at Naandi Foundation (MMediaahindra Pride Classroom), the session was exclusively curated for Part 3 students across the BBA, BBA IB, BCA, BA-MC, and B. Com(P) streams.

​The program was structured to help students navigate the changing employment landscape and identify emerging career pathways. Throughout the session, Mr. Kumar drew upon his extensive background, spanning 9 years of academic and training experience alongside his industrial expertise, to provide an in-depth look at current industry expectations. He emphasized the critical importance of employability skills and overall workplace readiness. By detailing the specific competencies required to succeed in today’s evolving job market, he equipped students with actionable strategies for robust career preparedness.

​The event concluded with a vote of thanks to Mr. Kumar for sharing his valuable industry insights. Appreciation was also extended to the Placement Cell, operating under the guidance of Dr. Piyush R. Sahay, Placement Officer, and Fr. Dr. Martin Poras SJ, Placement Guide, for successfully organizing the initiative.
