Noida & Greater Noida Situation After 2 hours of rain:

Residents of Noida and Greater Noida are once again battling flooded roads after just two hours of rain. The so-called “planned” cities, which boast sky-high property prices, maintenance charges, and taxes, seem to lack the most basic infrastructure — drainage systems that actually work.

Families who’ve invested their life savings in societies by top builders like Supertech, Gaur, ATS, and others now need to navigate knee-deep water just to get to work or school. The roads leading to these massive, high-rise societies resemble swamps more than streets.

While builders proudly showcase luxurious clubhouses and sky gardens, the reality outside the society gates is appalling. Cratered roads, choked drains, and waterlogging have become a routine nightmare for residents.

– Where is the Noida Authority now?

– Why are builders not contributing to fixing the roads they profit from?

– Why should residents pay luxury rates for slum-level infrastructure?

This isn’t just an inconvenience anymore. It’s a failure of accountability — from both municipal authorities and the real estate giants. Every year, it’s the same story. Promises are made. Tenders are floated. Yet, residents are left stranded, sometimes literally.

Enough is Enough.

Residents are demanding:

. Immediate road repair & drainage clearance. Public disclosure of funds allocated for these works. Accountability from builders who profit from these projects.

We didn’t sign up for water parks. We signed up for cities.
