It was a lively day at Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna as the first batch of training (2022-23) was inaugurated under the Chief Minister SC / ST / EBC / Women, Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme. This training program is supported by the Industries Department, Government of Bihar.
- On this occasion, CIMP Professor Rajeev Verma and Mr Kumod Kumar, CEO, CIMP-BIIF, were present with forty participants of the first batch as guest cum speakers. The training formally started by lighting the inaugural lamp by Prof. Verma and Mr Kumar.
In the welcome address, CIMP Prof. Verma said, “CIMP being a host institute started training of the first batch in July 2018 and till now we have completed the training of 19 batches. In all, we have successfully trained over 700 participants so far and this year the 20th batch of training is being organized by CIMP’s Startup Incubation Centre, CIMP-Business Incubation and Innovation Foundation (CIMP-BIIF).”
He further informed the students about the timetable of this training program running till May 2022 and discussed various aspects of training.
Speaking on the same occasion, Kumod Kumar congratulated the candidates for their selection and assured them that this training program conducted under the aegis of CIMP would be a good learning experience for them and helps the participant in becoming an entrepreneur.
