The Placement Cell of St. Xavier’s College of Management & Technology organized a Pre-Placement Talk for B.Com (Professional) students with a strong academic background in finance and accounting. The session was conducted by Flourish Direct Pvt. Ltd. in collaboration with Axis Securities Ltd., with the objective of providing students with valuable industry exposure and career guidance. The program commenced with a warm welcome extended by Dr. Piyush R. Sahay, Head of the Placement Cell.
The session was led by Aman Kishore, who shared insightful perspectives on the evolving financial services sector. He elaborated on the Vision 2030 roadmap and highlighted promising long-term career opportunities under the “Elite 100” initiative. He also guided students on the essential skills required to build successful careers in finance and wealth management.
A preliminary assessment test was conducted to evaluate students’ aptitude and technical knowledge.
