The Placement Cell of St. Xavier’s College of Management & Technology, Patna successfully organized a Pre-Placement Session by Quad AI for the Part III students with the objective of acquainting them with evolving industry expectations, emerging corporate trends, and career opportunities in the modern job market.
The session was conducted by Mr. Sourav Kumar, Founder of Quad AI, who brings over 11 years of professional experience across reputed organizations, including Tata Steel and several high-growth startups. An alumnus of the prestigious Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi, Mr. Kumar provided valuable insights into AI-driven business solutions, changing recruitment dynamics, and the strategic approach required for career growth in today’s competitive environment.
During his address, Mr. Kumar emphasized the significance of continuous skill enhancement, adaptability, problem-solving ability, and aligning academic knowledge with practical industry demands. He encouraged students to stay updated with technological advancements and cultivate industry-relevant competencies to remain future-ready.
The programme was conducted under the guidance and leadership of Dr. Piyush Ranjan Sahay, Head of the Placement Cell. The event was efficiently coordinated by Placement Cell members—Lucky Makharia, Vaishnavi, Aatir Usmani, Suhani Singh, Tanya Singh, Zubiya Shahid, Nikki Kumari, Mayank Shekhar, Animesh Raj, and Aisha Hashmi—whose dedicated efforts ensured the smooth execution of the session.
The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and proved to be highly informative, interactive, and motivating.
