The Placement Cell of St. Xavier’s College of Management and Technology (SXCMT), Patna organized a career counselling session for Part 3 students featuring experts from the Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), Chennai.
Fr. Dr. Martin Poras SJ, Principal, welcomed the LIBA team and addressed the students, emphasizing the importance of career readiness.
Dr. Joseph Francis, Assistant Professor at LIBA and a PMP-certified Operations expert, guided students on career opportunities in Operations, Analytics, Consulting, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Entrepreneurship.
Dr. Piyush Ranjan Sahay, Head of the Placement Cell, encouraged aspirants to prepare diligently for CAT and XAT to secure admission into premier institutes like LIBA.
LIBA also showcased its academic strength, modern facilities, and strong placement links with leading companies such as TCS, Deloitte, Infosys, Accenture, Amazon, and IBM. The session concluded with a Q&A, offering students clarity on MBA admissions and future prospects.
